Jackson Phoenix Ayala
October 30, 2020 – February 13, 2021
Jackson Phoenix Ayala, beloved and beautiful baby boy, passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side on February 13, 2021.
Against all odds, Jackson was born on October 30, 2020 to Manuel Ayala and Jennifer Marchese, his loving parents who prayed and fought hard to bring him into this world. He was born at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, where the NICU team worked tirelessly to give him the best possible care, and where he became a very popular little patient.
Although Jackson's time on this Earth was precious and short, he got to know his parents and his grandmothers' love, especially their calming hugs and the tender lullabies that they sang to him.
Jackson was preceded in death by his grandfather Louis Marchese, Jr., and his great grandparents Louis and Rose Marchese, who will lovingly receive him in Heaven.
He is survived by his proud father, Manuel Ayala, his devoted grandparents, Leticia Muriel Marchese, and Frank and Gloria Ayala, his great grandparents Raul and Gloria Muriel, his Aunts Dawn Grady (Jack), Veronica Del Toro-Mus (John), Uncles Louis Marchese, Jr. (Vanessa), Victor Del Toro, Jr., Frank Ayala, Jr. (Liliana), and Aaron Ayala, and many other honorary aunts, uncles and cousins who will never forget him.
At the time of his passing, Jackson was also survived by his mother Jennifer Marchese, who was courageously fighting cancer. She has since joined him in Heaven.
How very softly you tiptoed into our world.
Almost silently, only a moment you stayed.
But what an imprint your footprints have left on our hearts.
