Jaclyn Nicole Segura was called into the arms of our Lord and Saviour on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the age of 42. Jaclyn was born on January 28, 1979 to Jesse A. Segura Jr. and Florinda Hernandez. She is reunited in Heaven with her father Jesse A. Segura, Jr. and her maternal Grandmother  Manuela Hernandez and paternal grandparents Jesus Segura Sr. and Elisa Adame. She leaves behind her legacy in the hearts of her Mother Florinda Falcon and step-father Abraham Falcon; brother Joshua J. Segura; sister Jessica L. Segura and brother-in-law Gilbert Jimenez; her only nephew Gilbert I. Jimenez Jr., two step nieces Amanda Jimenez and Miranda Jimenez, great niece Emerald Jimenez and her two Godsons Matthew and Luke Lopez along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm with a prayer service to be held at 6:00pm. On Monday, August 16, 2021 family and friends will depart at 9:00am for a 10:00am Funeral service at The Miracle Center, 3751 Commercial 78221. Burial to follow at San Fernando II.
