James C. Arriaga, 68, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on February 23, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and memories that will forever live in their hearts.

James was a lifelong resident of San Antonio and a man known for his big heart and generous spirit. He was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. No matter what challenges he faced in life, he continued to care for others and showed love to those around him.

More than anything, James loved his family. He cherished every moment spent with them, whether it was sharing stories, laughing together, or simply enjoying each other's company. Some of his happiest times were spent fishing, relaxing by the water, and making memories with the people he loved most.

He will always be remembered as a loving father, a proud grandfather and great-grandfather, and a man whose kindness and warmth touched many lives. His love, strength, and generous heart will never be forgotten.

James is survived by his daughter, Debra Arriaga, and his son, James Arriaga Jr., as well as several beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry his memory with them always. Though he is no longer with us, the love James gave will live on through his family and everyone whose lives he touched.
