Janie Aguillon, born December 27, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, in her hometown of San Antonio. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Manuel R. Lopez Jr.; her parents, Julia and Elijio Aguillon; and her brothers, Andrew Aguillon, Raymond Aguillon, and Eliseo Aguillon.

Janie is lovingly remembered by her sons Joe Arebalo (Geri), John M. Aguillon (Candi), Richard Aguillon (Debbie), and her daughter Vicki Flores (Carlos). She leaves behind 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and many other family members and friends whose lives she touched.

Janie's life was defined by her devotion to her family, her generosity, and her unwavering spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
