Jerry Montana was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the blessed age of 65. He was born November 29, 1955 in St. Charles, IL to Henry and Julia Montana. He is reunited in heaven with his parents and his brothers Robert and Henry Montana. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Cindy Zapata Montana, daughters April and Stacy Montana, pride and joy grand-daughter Chloe Martinez, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. He loved all his family and friends unconditionally. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. Jerry loved spending time with his family, especially his grand-daughter watching Youtube videos and Battlebotts with her. He was always the life of the party with his music. He loved hearing music, going to concerts, watching his favorite shows and sports;  American Idol, DWTS, America's Got Talent, UFC, boxing, football, basketball and baseball. He was a life long fan of the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys. He was always sporting his gear.

He is loved, cherished and will be greatly missed. He will live forever in our hearts.
