Jesse V. Hernandez aka Chuy (66) was born January 1, 1955 in San Antonio, Tx and passed away on September 14, 2021.

Jesse is proceeded in death by his parents, Manuel and Sarah Hernandez. He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Ben) Guerra, Georgette (Jesse) Carrasco, sister Janie (Carlos) Selva, and his grandchildren, Jacob Hernandez, Jayden, Zackeri, Roman, and his princess Juliana.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1971-1975 and worked then retired from civil service at Fort Sam Houston. He then went on to work at Christ the King Catholic Church where he loved to also attend mass on Sundays. He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather, and brother. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, his Miller Lite, and most of all his Harley. He was a member of the Southsiders for many years.

Jesse was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around him. We loved his sense of humor and his caring ways. Jesse will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
