He is reunited in heaven with his father Jose Federico Vargas, birth mother Anita Soto, grandparents Jesus Ramirez, Anita Deleon Ramirez, Eva Solis, Jose Vargas Sr., nephew Matthew Ray Ruiz, niece Felicia Marie Vargas. He is loved and will be missed by his mother Otila Ramirez Vargas, children Jesse Isaiah Vargas, Zoe Olivia Vargas, siblings Sabrina Vargas Hinojosa, Yvonne Mellado, Linda Barrientos, Jessica Vargas, Laura Vargas, Angie Vargas Villar, Priscilla Soto, Federico "Freddy" Vargas, Jr., Daniel "Dan" Hinojosa, Jr., Celestino Vargas, Jr., Joe Raymond Vargas, brothers in law Ricky Villar, Jr., Fernando Barrientos, Jr., birth father Celestino Vargas and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts & uncles.
