Joanne Sandoval, age 41, was born on March 19, 1980, in San Antonio, Texas. She passed away in the early morning of February 21, 2022. Joanne was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece and cousin. She is survived by two sons, Anfernee and Dylan Sandoval, daughter, Selena Rios, beloved parents, Isidro and Martha Sandoval, four grandchildren, two brothers, five sisters, numerous nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Joanne went to Memorial High school. She was an amazing artist, writer, who loved to sing and dance.  She had a special ability to make you smile and laugh even on the lowest days. No matter the challenges she let her positive and love shine through. Most precious to Joanne was her faith in God. She had a beautiful soul, who's life was shorten far too soon. It was a privilege to have known, loved her, and have been a member of her family. She will be missed tremendously.
