Jose Luis Garza "Joe" passed away at peace on February 21, 2024, at the age of 62 years old. He was surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, on December 9th, 1961.

Joe treasured the beautiful memories he created with his family throughout his 62 years on this earth. He was married to Mary for 41 years and spent every day of his life by her side. He was the best father to 4 wonderful kids and a grandfather to 6 amazing grandkids. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys, loved dancing, enjoyed fishing and most importantly loved to spend time with his family. He will be missed tremendously.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Guadalupe C. Garza, father, Frank Morgan, and brother-in-law Robert Colunga.

He is survived by his wife Mary G. Garza, daughters Sabrina Contreras and Crystal Guerra, sons Jose E. Garza and Frank Garza, daughter-in-law Adriana Garza, grandchildren Frank Garza Jr, Marcelo Contreras Jr, John P Guerra, Joslyn Guerra, Anaii Contreras, Niomi Garza, sisters Luptia Trevino and Irma Colunga. Nieces, Mary E. Huerta, Veronica Rodriguez, Vanessa C. Gonzales, great nephew Danny Huerta JR. and Alijah Bruce, great nieces, Ashley H. Bruce, Sarah Gonzales, Alexis Gonzales and numerous family and friends.
