Joe Angel Palacios, age 26, passed away on Wednesday October 26th, 2022. Joe was born on June 12th, 1996 in San Antonio, Texas to Eloise Sandoz and Eloy Palacios. Joe was an independent barber who enjoyed spending time with his family, playing video games but above everything, was a devoted and loving father to his son Joe Angel Palacios, Jr. Shy at first, Joe was someone you needed to get to know to truly understand how much love he had, his humor, his love for life and his comedic timing. Joe was known for his sense of humor and his contagious smile. Joe is preceded in death by his father Eloy Palacios. His is survived by his mother Eloise; his son Joe Angel; his sisters Monica, Michelle, Natalie, Crystal, April, and Claudia; his brother Matthew; fiancé Selena; Aunt Hope and husband Ralph; nieces Dymin, Deandra, Alessandra and Mia; nephews George, Michael(Adja), Marc(Melanie), Jax, and Benjamin; cousins Arthur, Amber and Andrew. He is also survived by his friends that became family Dominic, Moses, Armando, Frank, David, Andres and Garrett. He will also be missed dearly by his manager Alan and all his H-E-B work family. Joe will be missed but is loved and will continue to be loved by many.
