Joe Ralph Ramirez was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the blessed age of 65. He was born May 17, 1958 in San Antonio, TX to Gamaliel Galan and Elisa Ramirez. He is reunited in heaven with his parents, son Leonard, and brother Rick. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife of 21 years Sherry B. Ramirez; children: Joe Ramirez Jr. and wife Brittany, Frank Ramirez and wife Anna, Jennifer Marie Rios and husband Paul; grandchildren: Zachery Rios; Jade, Frank Jr. and Jaden Ramirez and Angelina Andreatta; numerous brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces; as well as extended family members and friends. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. Until we meet again.
