Joel E. Galan born May 6, 1969 in San Antonio, TX was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the blessed age of 54. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his parents Helea Ynostrosa and father Joel G. Galan; wife of 27 years Norma B. Galan; children Anthony Galan; Alexandria Galan; granddaughter Jasmine Galan; siblings Esmeralda Buchanan, Yvette Rendon, John Hernandez, Joel Galan, Jr., Noemi Galan;  numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. He will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
