Johnny Perez
Massiatte
February 25, 1976 – January 11, 2024
Johnny Perez Massiatte, 47, husband of Leticia Martinez Massiatte, passed away from this world unto the next on Thursday, January 11, 2024, in San Antonio Texas. He was born on February 25, 1976, in San Antonio Texas, a son of Felipa 'Tina' Vasquez and the late Johnny Hernandez Massiatte.
Johnny accomplished much in life; he was our shining star, that faded too soon. He was the founder and owner of Alpha Glass Solutions LLC, a successful business he and his wife started three years ago. He lived his life guided by the love for his family, penchant for fun and his faith in the Lord.
He read his Bible daily, attended church as often as he could and placed his trust in the Lord. It seemed that there wasn't anything Johnny couldn't accomplish as everything he seemed to do came naturally to him. His writings and drawings showed the artistic and creative side of him. During his fishing and camping trips he seemed to be a natural outdoorsman and you could tell he enjoyed every aspect of the adventure. He was a man who in his down time found excitement in basketball, action movies and shopping for himself and others; any chance to spend time with those he held close to his heart. Johnny dazzled those around him with his knowledge in many other areas including carpentry, pick-up trucks and a love for riding, especially a fan of the Harley Davidson brand. His love for playing guitar was an important part of him. He had 13 guitars and influenced his children to play too. He was a family man true and through who loved to get together where he could barbecue, watch football, yearly holidays and milestones with his family. His parting leaves a void that we fill with remembered joy. When days get hard, we draw his strength, because his life was full, and he savored much. Rest in peace our husband, father, brother and friend, until we meet again.
In addition to his father Johnny Hernandez Massiatte, he is also preceded in death by his stepfather Ernesto 'Ernie' Esquivel and an uncle George Massiatte.
Family members include his wife Leticia Martinez Massiatte; children, Nancy Perez, Aalyah Perez, Johnny Perez Jr, Nathaniel Perez, Ian Massiatte-Perez, Dayna Massiatte-Perez and Joshua Massiatte-Perez; stepchildren, Isaac Martinez Garza, Abel Benjamin Garza, Isabella Olivia Garza, Jovi Carrizal and Michael Uresti; mother, Felipa 'Tina' Vasquez; siblings, Nancy Montez, Carlos Perez, Frank Perez, Johnny Massiatte, Jason Massiatte and Janell Contreras; many nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
