Johnny was born on September 1 ^st , 1958 in San Antonio, Texas to Benito and Juanita Ramos. He joined his Father in heaven and his parents on November 9 ^th , 2021. Cherished father, son, uncle and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of forty years, Graciela C. Ramos; children Juan Sustaita and wife Jeannette, Mario Sustaita and wife Melissa, Karina Gallardo and husband Benny, Phillip Ramos and wife Julie, and Johnny Ramos Jr. His twenty-three grandchildren will miss him dearly; Brandon, Allen, Erica, Emily Sustaita, Mario and Andrea Sustaita, Benny, Rachel, Julian, Santiago, Pedro, German Gallardo, Ashley, Jared, Savanna, John David, Ryan, Viviann Ramos, and Alisa, Johnny Jr III, Allison, Amalia Ramos. He will be sorely missed by his siblings; Richard Ramos, Tony Ramos, Ruben Ramos, Joe Ramos, Gracie Covarrubias and Mary Jane Lara as well as many extended family members and friends. Johnny was quite the character, always quick to laugh and have a good time. He began apprenticeship as a plumber at an early age eventually earning his master plumber certification and working tirelessly to support his family until the end of this life. Johnny will never be forgotten by his family and friends. Visitation with the family will begin at 4:30 pm on Friday, November 19 ^th at Castillo Mission Funeral Home with the Rosary to begin at 6 pm. Mass will begin at 10 am on Saturday, November 20 ^th at St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
