Jorge Alejandro Guerrero, born November 23, 1996, in San Antonio, Texas entered into eternal rest on September 22, 2023, at the blessed age of 26. He is reunited in heaven with his maternal grandparents, Leopoldo and Elida Tamez, along with his uncle Gabino Luna Jr. Jorge is survived by his loving and devoted mother Mary Ruth Guerrero, sister Gabriela Guerrero (Jesse), nephew Javier Wong, niece Ada Wong, fiancé, Shelbey Moore and children Hayden, Bentley and Melody; Aunts Leticia, Mary Ann, Debbie (Ernest), Rosemarie (Alejandro), Catherine (Guadalupe); Cousins JoAnthony, Dereck (Cecilia), Hector, Christopher, Matthew, Michael, Crystal (Raul), Natalie (Daniel), Deborah (Eric), Rene, Luis, Andres, Nicolas, Vanessa (Ricco) Jessica, Tanya, and Daniel.

Jorge attended and graduated from South San High School in 2015. He last worked as a cook at Bobbie's Café where he enjoyed cooking. There he met the love of his life and was planning on marrying in 2024. He was very happy and enjoyed his life with Shelbey and the children. He was a big sports fan of the Dallas Cowboys and was excited for football season. He loved to spend time with his family and friends, especially on holidays and birthdays.

Jorge was a very loveable and caring person. He had a smile that would brighten up anyone's day and hair that no one could resist. His personality and his positive thinking were very impressionable. He was kind and giving. He loved his cousins as they all grew up together as brothers and sisters as well as his best friends who he had known since elementary school.

On September 7, 2023, he was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). Jorge was optimistic and fought this disease with a positive attitude and his strong faith in our merciful Lord. With his mother, sister, fiancé, aunts, cousins and close friends we said our last words "It's not goodbye, it's later". We will miss him dearly.

The services will be at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N. General McMullen, San Antonio, Texas 78228 on October 13, 2023. Visitation will start at 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and the celebration of life will start at 6:00 pm.
