Jose Oscar Calzadillas passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 74.

Jose is preceded in death by his parents, Bonifacio Calzadillas & Luciana Gomez, his first wife, Alice Frausto Calzadillas, and his siblings, Ricardo Calzadillas and Miguel Calzadillas.

He leaves behind his wife, Maria Calzadillas, his daughter, Griselda Calzadillas Trujillo, his son-in-law, Robert Trujillo, and his grandchildren, Carmen, Adrian, and Carlos Trujillo.

Jose was born on March 1, 1947, in Ejido Ignacio Zaragoza, Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Bonifacio and Luciana. He loved his family and especially loved the memories made together with them. Jose brought immense joy to those around him. We loved his caring ways, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

A visitation will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 10:00am at St. John Benchman's Catholic Church with burial to follow at San Fernando III Catholic Cemetery.
