Jose Jesse Pena, 75, husband of Irene Garcia, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday morning May 2, 2023, at his residence in San Antonio, Texas, surrounded in love. He was born on December 9, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas, a son of the late Antonia and Rosendo Pena.

In addition to his parents, Antonia Pena and Rosendo Pena, he was also preceded in death by Dora Rubesh.

Family members include his wife of 33 years, Irene Garcia; five children, Jesse Pena, Joey Pena, Angelica Pena, Mark Anthony Castellanos, and Amanda Marie Pena; seven grandchildren, Jess Jr Pena, Celeste Pena, Carmela Pena, Justine Pena, Aiden Pena, Annika Pena, and Aleaha Pena; 2 great-grandchildren; in addition to numerous extended family and friends.
