Jose Lugo Garcia passed away peacefully December 14, 2020. He was 83 years old. He was born November 2, 1937 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas to Alberto and Felicitas Garcia.

Jose loved to spend his time with his family barbecuing, fishing, or watching football.

Jose is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosario Pena Garcia and his beloved son, Joe Albert Garcia.

Jose is survived by his two children, Rose Marie Garcia (Juan Arredondo) and Elias Garcia, three siblings, Imelda Vasquez, Noe Garcia and Aldarberto Garcia, six grandchildren, Rae Jeanette Rodriguez (Kevin "Wero" Garcia), Reva Marie Garcia-Rodriguez, Renee Lee Garcia-Rodriguez, Steven Ray Garcia, Shelby Starr Garcia and Layla Garcia, six great grandchildren, Harmony, Milah, Jeremiah, Autumn, Rhyett and Gianni, along with countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
