Jose Pena was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 24, 1952. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones on May, 14, 2023.

He loves spending time with family. He was a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He was a fan of any sports activities that his sons and grandchildren were involved in.

He loved spending time outdoors, caring for his yard, fixing his boat, cooking out and walking his dog. He enjoyed seeing his team, the Dallas Cowboys, play. He was a big do-it-yourself person at home, loved working on his house, and was a very dependable person. He was someone you could always count on. He loved going fishing with his family and sharing memories.

Jose was the son of Enrique and Salome Pena. He is survived by his wife, Delia; his three sons; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, and five siblings.
