Jose' (Joe) Emilio Salinas (1922-2021) beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many has been called to be with our Lord and Savior.  Jose' Emilio passed away peacefully on March 29, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 98.  He is preceded in death by his beautiful and loving wife of 33 years, Diamantina Romero Salinas.  Emilio was born in Pearsall, TX and resided in San Antonio, TX.

Emilio is survived by 6 children, 3 stepdaughters, 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

He loved all things outdoors, the beach, fishing, hunting, grilling, gardening and tinkering in his garage.  He loved his cats, chickens, roosters and his grand fur babies.
