Josefa "Pepa" Renteria Dueñas, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022, at the age of 84 surrounded by her loving family. She was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt who was always there to make anyone smile with her delicious cooking. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 59 years: Bernardo, her children: Efrain and spouse Anna, Thelma, Bernardo Jr. and spouse Michelle, her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is very loved and will be missed dearly.

Visitation will be held on June 28, 2022 at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N General McMullen, beginning at 4:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Wednesday June 29, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass at San Martin de Porres, 1730 Dahlgreen Ave. Interment to follow in San Fernando Catholic Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd.
