Ret. USAF Vet. Joseph A. Lowery was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the blessed age of 82. He was born September 4, 1937 in Athens, OH to Lowell and Helen Lowery. He is reunited in heaven with his parents and son Jerry Joe Garza. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife of 28 years Rita Garza Lowery; children Vanessa Grhn, Ginger Anton, Carlene Werman, Eric Garza; grandchildren Michael Valdez, Jerry Joe Jr., Alyssa Jay, Elena, Rey Garza; as well as extended family members. He will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
