Joseph P. Mango was born on August 4,1943 to Salvatore and Vincenza Mango in Brooklyn,
New York.
He passed away at home.He entered eternal peace on April 3,2026 in San Antonio ,Texas.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Salvatore Mango, Vincenza D. Mango Navaretta,
Sister -Susan Hofrichter,
Son- Joseph P. Mango Jr., Granddaughter- Darline Escamilla
He is survived by his Loving wife of
60 years Ester R. Mango.
He is also survived by his brother
Lou Mango.
And his children daughter - Teresa M. Escamilla ( Raul)
son -Jonathan P. Mango and
son -Jason P. Mango.
Grandchildren Joseph P. Mango III,
Jacob Mango, Raul Escamilla Jr and Jeffrey J. Escamilla.
Great grandchildren - Breanna, Dominic, Carlos, Jay, Xiomara, Joseph 4th, Eloise,Naomi ,and Elijah .
Along with several Nieces and Nephews and Extended Family and Friends.
Joseph was an Army Veteran. Active member Knights of Columbus councils 3345 and 1102.
He enjoyed time fishing and also loved to go deer hunting when he was able.
He spent most of his life as a mechanic, following in his father's footsteps.Giving a helping hand to whomever needed it. He would pull over to the side of the road and give aid to a stranded motorist .
Joseph dedicated his life to taking care of his family.
Joseph will be remembered for his Love of faith,family and friends.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him and Loved him.
