Joseph [Bops] Rodriguez passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 1st, 2024. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas on May 5, 1980.  Joe loved the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. He also loved to cook and Barbecue with his family  and  his friends. Joe was a loving son, brother, uncle, and father. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. And Mrs. Garza, his Aunt Patricia Foltz, his uncles Rick and Ernie Rodriguez. Joe leaves behind his mom Carol Sanchez, Sister Stephanie Rodriguez, Brother Manuel Sanchez and Daughter Adriana Rodriguez, Nephews Christopher And Ernie Rodriguez plus numerous family and friends. He had many friends that were like Brothers to him. For that I'm very grateful  REST NOW MIJO your wondering days are over. You will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. that evening. On Thursday, September 12, 2024 there will not be a formal funeral procession leaving Castillo Funeral Home instead family will meet friends at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a 10:00 am. funeral mass. After the funeral mass the family will meet at San Fernando Catholic Cemetery III for burial services.
