Josephine L. Castro, born February 15th 1937 in San Antonio, TX, passed away Monday May 16th 2022 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 85. Josephine is Preceded in death by her late Husband Miguel San Roman Castro also Sisters Hortencia, Mary, Solia, and Brother Percy.

She is survived by her sister Oralia L Vasquez and Husband Fred, Josephine is also survived by her sons; Mike Jr. and wife, Nancy, Carlos Castro, Ruben Castro and Husband Carlos Acosta, Daniel Castro and daughter Angela C. Salazar, Sister-in-law, Rosa Cortez; 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Monday  May 30, 2022 at 3:00pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm. Funeral procession will depart on Tuesday May 31, 2022 at 9:00 am for a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Berchman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2.
