Obituary

Juan Z. Zuniga passed away on January 7, 2023. He was 90 years old. He was born in Mexico on December 27, 1932.

Juan Served in the United State Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He graduated from Fox Tech High School in San Antonio Texas before joining the Army. In the summer of June 1957 he married Guadalupe Salazar, who preceded him in death in June 2006. He was a professional truck driver until he retired. Juan and Guadalupe had six children during their life together, and enjoyed the beautiful memories they created with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren throughout their life together. He was a big fan of Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs.  He will be missed tremendously.

Juan Zuniga is also preceded in death by his wife, Guadalupe Zuniga, Juan Zuniga Jr. son, Mother Eduvijes and Father Gregorio, and  brother Thomas Zuniga. He is survived by daughters Sylvia Nelson, Vivian Z Lua and Veronica Saenz; sons Danny Zuniga, Rickey Zuniga and Joe G Zuniga; 18 Grandchildren 30 Great-grandchildren.

Juan Zuniga is loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
