Juanita Asher, better known as "Juana" was born is Eagle Pass, Texas, on October 14, 1935 to Robert and Juanita Asher. Juana grew up in San Antonio, spending time with her brothers and sisters Rudy, Betty, Ida, Richard, Shirley, and Robert. Juana attended grade school in San Antonio and graduated from Edgewood High School.

After High School, Juana went to work at Kelly Air Force Base, where she worked as an administrative assistant. Juana retired from the Air Force base with over twenty years of service.

Juana was proceeded in death by her parents Robert and Juanita Asher, Brother Rudy Asher, Sister Betty Berlingeri, Sister Ida Mae Villarreal and Brother Richard Asher.

Juana's spent much of her retirement years, reading, going to church with her friends, and she loved spending time with her friends at the commanders house. Juana dearly loved her family.
