Julio Ramirez, age 79, passed peacefully surrounded by his loved ones in his home on November 8th, 2025. Born in Holgate, Ohio, he was the first of 14 to graduate from Edgewood High school. He was a proud marine corps veteran, having served 4 years as a SSgt and Pointman in the Vietnam War, as well as an MP. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding bikes, going to the beach, eating homemade tortillas y fríjoles, and watching westerns. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, two daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He is in Kansas City now and he will be dearly missed. We love you.
