Obituary

Julius Cuellar was called home to be with the lord on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the blessed age of eighty. He was born January 8, 1942, in LaCoste, Texas, to Ruperto and Lucia Cuellar, with whom he is reunited with in heaven. Julius served in the military for 21 years (United States Army) as a computer operator. Julius is a veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the 2nd infantry division. Julius graduated from Medina Valley Highschool in 1961. He attended Durham business college. He loved golfing, bowling, playing cards, arts and crafts, fishing, playing guitar with his brothers, listening to music, gardening, cursing, western, gunsmoke and karate shows, making chili salsa from his garden and Texas lottery scratch tickets.
He is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife Angelita A Cuellar; children Julius Cuellar Jr., Disa Cuellar and spouse Josh Savit, grandchildren; Wren Cuellar- Savit, Christopher Lindner-Cuellar, Nicholas Patrick Lindner-Cuellar, Julius Pete Cuellar, Alexis Leann Cuellar ; siblings Juanita Lucia Cuellar deceased), Margarita Cuellar Zinsmeyer and spouse Emil Zinsmeyer (deceased), Micaela Cuellar Andersen and spouse Dennis Andersen (deceased), Ruperto Cuellar Jr. and spouse Yolanda Cuellar, Higinio E. Cuellar and spouse Amalia Cuellar, Nahum N. Cuellar and spouse Veronica D. Cuellar, Merced Cuellar and spouse Christina Cuellar, Jose G. Cuellar and spouse Refugia Cuellar, Annie L. Cuellar Rangel and spouse Jimmie Rangel, Rosa M. Cuellar Milecky and spouse Barney Milecky (deceased), Roman Cuellar (deceased) nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends. He will live forever in our hearts.
