Juventina Cazares Carreon passed away peacefully on June 28th, 2025, at the gracious age of 100 years old. She was surrounded by the love of her family. Janie "Wela" as most of her family & friends knew her, retired after 45 years of Civil Service Work at Fort Sam Houston Army Base, at the age of 80 years old. She was a HUGH Dallas Cowboys & San Antonio Spurs Fan. She treasured the beautiful memories she created with her daughters, grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her daughters: Carmen Carreon and Belinda C Martinez. Parents: (Mother) Cruz Olvera, (Father) Rosendo Cazares, Stepmother Maria O Cazares. Sisters: Consuelo Cazares, Noemi C Saenz; Brothers: Noe B Cazares, Nicodemo O Cazares.

She is survived by her beloved daughter Evangelina C Guzman. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her loving daughter Evangelina Guzman, her grandchildren Ann, Jennifer(Raymond), Greg(Yvonne), Evelyn, Andrew(Sarahi), Amy(Manuel), Roxanne(Peter), Ruby(Esteban), 23 Great Grandchildren and 27 Great-Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces & Nephews.

Celebration of Life Services Will Be Held at Castillo Funeral Home, On July 12, 2025. The service time will be from 12pm-4pm at The New Chapel, located outside the main building.
