Juventino H. Montellano Jr. passed away peacefully and went to be with our Lord on May 24, 2020, at the age of 51. Juventino Jr. was born on April 16, 1969 in San Antonio, Texas to Juventino and Rosita Montellano Sr.
On February 22, 2003, he married Darlene G. Montellano and together they raised 6 children; sons, Corey, Juventino III, John Paul and AJ and 2 daughters Miranda and Samantha. He was blessed with 3 beautiful grandchildren whom he loved and adored very much, Penelope, King Juve and Alyssa.
Juventino Jr. had a passion for his family and was a devoted husband and father. He had an infectious smile and was loved by his family, friends, and anyone who he encountered. He had a tremendous work ethic and always provided for his family. His favorite pastime was riding his motorcycle.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Diaz; grandfather, Manuel C. Montellano; and mother-in-law, Alice C. Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Darlene G. Montellano; children, Corey (Gloria), Juventino III (Shawnna), Miranda (Alex), Samantha, John Paul, and AJ; 3 grandchildren, Penelope, King Juve, and Alyssa; parents, Juventino and Rosita Montellano Sr.; sister Mary Helen; brother Michael (Stephanie);nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He is extremely loved and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will take place at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 12pm until 4pm with a Prayer Service at 3pm. There will be a formal departure at 9:30am from the funeral home on Saturday, June 6, 2020 for a 10am graveside service at San Fernando Catholic Cemetery III.
