Born on November 6, 1944, Leonardo R. Castilleja passed away on October 23, 2024. He was 79. He was a surgical technician at Methodist Hospital Transplant for 40 years.

He is preceded in death by his son, Leonard Castilleja, Jr.; parents, Pascual and Leonor Castilleja; and brothers, Genaro & Salomon Castilleja.

Leonardo is loved and will be missed by his wife of 59 years, Sylvia R. Castilleja; son, Leroy Castilleja; daughter, Laura Castilleja; grandchildren, Leonard Ray, Jordan, Mia Dani, Austin Lee, Levi Roy and Alyna Nicole; siblings, Beatrice and Carmen Flores and Vickie and Joe Castilleja; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
