Leonel M. Castellano Jr. passed away peacefully on March 26, 2020, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 71 years old. He was born in Robstown, Texas on April 28, 1948.

Leonel served in the US Army and served in the National Guard for 22 years, he retired from the city of San Antonio after working 17 years. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 25 years, Adela Castellano.

He was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church where he served as a Brother In Christ and Disciples of Christ. He served as an Usher and did landscaping for over 20 years at the church, he will be deeply missed by the Parish.

Leonel is preceded in death by his father Leonel Castellano Sr., mother Bertha M. Castellano, brother Joe M. Castellano Sr., and son Rene F. Castellano.
He will be missed by his daughters Bertha (Steve), Shirley, Dorothy and step-daughter Tina (Frank), sons Leo and Aaron, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers Gabriel (Estella), Noe (Esther), Leonardo (Lorraine), sisters Janie Morales (Albert Sr.) and Olga Castellano.

Leonel enjoyed doing yard work, watching wrestling, listening to tejano music, and community services in his Parish and spending quality time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by many.
