Leticia Cortez passed away peacefully on November 5, 2020, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. Leticia was born in Monterrey, Mexico on October 30, 1955. She came to the United States at the age of 15 and became a citizen at the age of 25. Leticia was a happy, caring, and selfless person who enjoyed spending time with family. She treasured the beautiful memories she created with her family and grand-daughter. She is proceeded in death by her parents Jesus Hernandez and Amada Vela, sister Amada Ochoa, and brothers Carlos and Raymundo Hernandez. Leticia will be loved and missed by her husband of 39 years Cosme Cortez, daughters Elizabeth Cortez and Nancy Guedea, son in law Edmund Guedea and her grand-daughter Arya Guedea.
