Lilia Capetillo Ortiz was called home to be with our Lord Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at the blessed age of 97 years. Li-le was born on January 27th 1929 to Florentino and Petra Capetillo, who will be waiting for her with love and open spirit. Li-Le will reunite with her loving parents along with family that loved and cared for her during the long road of her life.
Li-Le was preceded in passing by parents Florentino and Petra Capetillo sisters- Louisa Trevino, Alma Ramon, Carmen Capetillo
Husband Margarito Ortiz Sr, Sons Margarito Ortiz Jr, Ezequiel Ortiz Sr/w wife Patricia Ortiz.
Her amazing spirit will be survived by her daughter Yolanda Perez w/ Husband David Perez , Janie Perez W/ Husband Tony Perez. She will live forever in the spirit and souls of her grandchildren Christopher Ortiz, Amanda Ortiz Navarro w/ Husband Jose Navarro, Matthew Ortiz, Ezequiel Ortiz Jr. w/ Mary Alice and Veronica Ortiz w/ Presley .
Li-Le will be missed and longed for by her great grandchildren Zayden , Liam and Journey, Mary Alice and Carlos.
Visitation for family will start at 4:00pm
The rosary will begin at 6:00 pm service should conclude by 8:00pm
The Funeral service will be held on March 24th, 2026 at Our Lady of Guadalupe at 10:00. The precision will leave Castillo's funeral home at 9:30 to the church for the service and prayer. Funeral will be at San Fernando Cemetery II.
