Louis Z. Gatica passed into eternal rest at the age of 62 on February 26, 2021. He was born on September 19, 1958 in San Antonio, TX. He was met in Heaven by his parents Santiago and Wilfrieda and his siblings Sarah Herrera and George Gatica. He is survived by the mother of his stepdaughters Adela R. Gatica, daughters Lanette Marie Gonzalez, Marisa Adele Gonzalez, grandsons Jonathan Williams, Cruz Eliseo Garcia, siblings Rita Ann Guerra, Jimmy and wife Margie, Peter and wife Esther, Paul and wife Rosie, Mario and wife Sofie, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Louis retired last year from the City of San Antonio with 20+ years of service. He enjoyed spending retired life with his daughters, grandsons, family, and friends. He will be dearly missed by all and his love will remain in our hearts for all eternity. Please join us Saturday March 20 ^th for a celebration of life from noon to 5:00pm. Rosary will be recited at 4:00pm. Cremation services to follow at a later date.
