Lucila Yolanda Hernandez entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the age of 86. She was born in Brownsville, Texas on December 17, 1936 and came to live in San Antonio, Texas.

Yolanda was very independent, strong, and lived her life to the fullest. She was a very loving and caring person who would do anything for her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father Eugene Gonzales, her mother Cayetana Olvera, brothers Daniel Gonzales, Ernesto Gonzales and sister Lydia Huerta who welcomed her in heaven on January 19,2023.

Yolanda is loved and will be missed by sons Abelardo Hernandez Jr., Ruben Hernandez, and Rene Hernandez; Daughters Rosalinda Gonzales, Belinda Rodriguez, Norma Hernandez, Cindy Cuellar, and Yolanda Hernandez; 23 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great- grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
