Manuel Peña III passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 43.

He is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Peña Jr and his grandfather, Manuel Peña.

Manuel leaves behind his wife of 20 years Priscilla A. Peña; his three children, Nathan Peña, Izaya Peña, and Calvin Peña; his mother, Emma Peña a brother, John A. Peña; sister-in-law, Masako Peña; sister-in-law, Danielle Pardo; brother-in-law, Daniel Gallardo; brother-in-law, David Martinez; daughter-in-law, Layla Peña; mother-in-law, Alicia Perez; father-in-law, David Martinez, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Manuel was born on May 9, 1978, in San Antonio, Texas, to Emma Peña and the late Manuel Peña Jr. He worked many years along side of his father at P + F delivery for several years. Manuel then worked with the City of San Antonio, Animal Care Services, for 16 years where he retired due to medical reasons. He loved basketball and especially loved watching his boy's play. Manuel loved music and being outside. Manuel loved his family and especially loved the memories made together. Manuel brought immense joy to those around him. We loved his caring ways; Manuel will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Castillo Mission Funeral Home from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A chapel service to be held on 3:30 pm with services to conclude on Saturday.
