Manuel (Vevito) Martinez Jr. was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday March 20, 2021 at the age of 55.  Manuel was born on February 8, 1966 in San Antonio, Tx to Manuel Martinez Sr. and Maria Gloria Guerra. He is preceded in death by his parents Manuel Martinez Sr and Maria Gloria Guerra, sister Celia Martinez, brother Raymond Arroyo Sr. and Grandmother Herlinda Ruiz. He is survived by his daughter Sylvia Ann Garcia, sons: Manuel Martinez III (Ariel), Kris Martinez, Steve Martinez, 23 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, in addition to brother Jose Luis Martinez (Erica) and sister Dalia Arroyo-Cardenas (Fernando). Manuel is also survived by his Loving wife of 13 years Diana, and stepson Kevin Olveda (Crystal), stepdaughters Jennifer Olveda (Victor), and Priscella Peña (Martin), numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Manuel was raised by his Grandmother Herlinda Ruiz and often spoke about his childhood days in the West side which he would call Las Colonias. Manuel was a person with a great big heart, always happy and very giving. He loved to sing, dance and spend time with family and friends. He made a great impact on everyone he met. He was a jokester and loved to make everyone laugh, and was always the life of the party. His favorite things to do were going to the casinos and playing scratch off tickets. He enjoyed taking trips with his wife Diana and always called them adventures. He started working in painting and drywall tape and float at the age of 10. He always took great pride in his work. He was a hard worker and always talked about his 45 years of experience to anyone he would meet.  His friends would say he was a great friend and very unforgettable guy. He was one of a kind.

Manuel will always be forever loved and greatly missed, but never forgotten.
