Manuel "Meme" Herrera Villanueva, Jr. age 76, entered into rest on July 14,2020. He was born on December 20, 1943 in Bishop, Texas, He was welcomed into heaven by his adoring wife, Quirina "Blanca" Villanueva and his parents, Manuel C. Villanueva Sr. and Candelaria Herrera Villanueva. Manuel is survived by his children, Annabela Sanchez, Manuel Villanueva III, Christopher Villanueva and Mark Villanueva; along with 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was also survived by his 8 siblings; Emma Gonzales, Elida Sanchez, Amalia Bosquez, Amelia Aragon, Sylvia Villanueva, Mike H. Villanueva, Ruben H. Villanueva and Juan Villanueva; and many other relatives and friends.
Meme's outgoing personality made him a charmer, especially his sense of humor. Always had us laughing. He devoted 47 years working for Gillespie Ford. His biggest debate was Ford is better than Chevrolet. Always, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, win or lose. This world will not be the same without him.
