Manuela Sanchez Robles went to be with the Lord on April 15, 2020, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. She was 86 years old. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, on April 29, 1933.

Manuela, known to her family as Memo, was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to cook, celebrate holidays and weekend barbecues with her family, and was the life of the party. If there was music playing she was the one pulling you on the dance floor. She had a heart of gold and a wonderful personality. She was always beautifully dressed and dolled up. Her favorite character was Betty Boop, which she expressed on her clothes and all over her room. Manuela loved to sing to her grandchildren her favorite "I love you" song which will be passed down to future generations. Her home was always open to everyone. She raised many wonderful children including those that weren't her own. Her joy was spending time with loved ones and attending Bingo Halls or Casinos every chance she got. She was also the biggest Spurs fan, you could hear her hollering out loud for every game. Last but not least, she adored and had admiration for The Virgin of Guadalupe. She will be missed tremendously by all for her generosity, kindness, wild heart, and unconditional love.

Manuela is also preceded in death by her husband Ramon Robles and her parents Juan and Aurora Sanchez. She is also preceded by her brothers Guadalupe, Macario, Natividad Sanchez, her granddaughter April Moreno, and loved one Martha Martinez.

Manuela is loved by her partner Hermenegildo Vigil, her sisters Amelia Antu and Marcelina Sanchez, and her children Mary Schroeder (Lorinda Enriquez), Alice Silva, Ramon Robles Jr., Shirley Ossorio (Marie Samano), Veronica Wellons, and Leticia Lee, 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
