Margaret Ochoa Cruz

January 4, 1954 – March 20, 2023

Margaret "Margie" Ochoa Cruz, 69 of San Antonio, TX passed away on March 20, 2023.  Margie was the eldest of the family who wholeheartedly loved everyone.

We all know the two people she loved more than anything.  They were her son Christopher and grandson Deslin that she always called "my Desi".

Margie kept everyone up-to date with family news from both sides of the family.  Margie touched each person in her own way, from simple nicknames to homemade crafts that will remind everyone for years to come of the love she had for us.

Margie as well as all of us will treasure all the beautiful memories she created with her family throughout her 69 years on this earth.  Margie's health ran into a couple of bumps along the way, but she remained strong and kept going and never gave up.  A sincere "Thank You" to Marissa Sepulveda, Margie's cousin for not only being her care provider but caring for her with love and compassion.

Margie is preceded in death by her parents Soveida and Manuel Ochoa.

Margie is survived by her son Christopher Cruz (Dania) and grandson Deslin Cruz; siblings Eddie Ochoa (Donna), Oralee Ochoa (Marco), Roger Ochoa (Shelie); 14 nieces and nephews Jude Ochoa (Amanda), Amanda Ochoa (Mike), Denise Ochoa (Carlos), Jason Lopez (Jamie), Veronica Lopez, Ryan Ochoa, Madison Ochoa, Erika Silva, Johnathan Silva and Brooklynn Ochoa; 11 great nieces and nephews Hailey, Joseph, Jace, Nolan, Alena, Avalene, Ivan, Julian, Jaxson, Julia, Jocelynn and numerous cousins, Aunts and Uncles.

We all love you and will miss you immensely.
