Maria Gertrudis Tenerias was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the blessed age of 79. She was born in Alamo, Texas on June 27, 1944 to Aurelio and Maria del Rosario Barrera. She is reunited in heaven with her parents; husband Hilario R. Tenerias; daughter Laura Puentes; grandson David Martinez. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Juan Martinez (Diane), Mark Anthony Martinez (Annette), Lisa Hicks (Stephen); grandchildren Juan, Steven, Mark, Joseph, Megan, Eric, Destiny; great-grandchildren Angelica, Emily, Eva, David, Lilly, Alva, Eden, Noah, Addison, Cohen; siblings Clara, Dolores, Aurelio, Jr., Margot, Maria Anna, Pedro, Miguel; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing, she will live forever in our hearts.
