Maria C. Bautista entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the age of 75. She was born on December 8, 1945 in Laredo, Texas to the late Manuel and Eliza Casarez. She is reunited in Heaven with her parents; daughter Raquel Diaz, sons Rogelio Bautista and Javier Bautista, and sister Irene Casarez. Maria leaves her legacy behind in the heart of her beloved husband of 55 years Ines C. Bautista; her daughter Marie I. Buenrostro; sons Ines Bautista and Jaime Bautista; 13 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; siblings Arturo Casarez, Ramiro Casarez, Armando Casarez, and Yolanda Perez.

Visitation will take place Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 3:30pm until 7:30pm with The Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart Castillo Mission Funeral Home at 9:15am on Monday, April 26, 2021 for a 10:00am mass at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Services to conclude after Mass.
