It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria L. Morales, (Mary Lou) who left us peacefully on February 22, 2024, at the age of 81. Maria was born on June 5, 1943, and is now reunited with her mother, Hortencia H. Coronado, her son Joe San Miguel, and her brothers Roy and Jesse Soto, who preceded her in death.

Maria(Mary Lou) is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Marcos Morales, and by her children: Arturo San Miguel, Lorenzo San Miguel, Diane San Miguel Garcia, Monica San Miguel, as well as her stepchildren Marcos, Miguel, Yvonne, and Marissa Morales. She is also lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Maria's life was a testament to kindness, love, and an unwavering dedication to those she held dear. She was a nurturing soul, who found joy in tending to her plants and caring for her beloved pets—Boy, Pepper, Mona, Benson 1, and Benson 2. Her presence was a comfort to all who knew her, and her warmth, compassion, and gentle spirit will be forever cherished.

Though she is no longer with us, Maria(Mary Lou) will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to love her. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
