Maria V. Olivares, born February 14, 1952 in, San Antonio, Texas and went to be with the Lord San Antonio,
on December 26, 2023 at the age of 71.

She was is preceded in death by her parents: Reynaldo V. and Victoria H. Ancira , brother, Reynaldo Ancira Jr. and sister, Florinda Ancira.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Gilbert R. Olivares; son, Norman J. Olivares;
daughters; Augustina Martinez and Marcella daughters ; grandchildren, Brittney Ramirez, Michael Cervantes, Sabrina Cervantes, Savanna Cervantes, Beverly Olivares, and Naomie Olivares. She is also survived by her sisters, Aurora Ancira, Yolanda Blake, Maria Olga
Olivares, Diana Cuellar, Consuelo Tellez, Elizabeth Olivo, Dolores Ortiz, and Linda Dominguez.

Visitation will begin on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at
Castillo Funeral Home at 520 N. General McMullen Castillo Funeral Home at 520 N. General McMullen
Dr., San Antonio, Texas.

Services will start at 3:30 pm. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm.

Procession will depart the funeral home on  Wednesday at 10:00 am for a 11:15 am at St Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:15 pm.
