Maria Rachel Morales was called Home into the Lord's arms on October 2, 2023 at the blessed age of 74 yrs. Maria was born at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas on April 4, 1949 to the late Alfredo and Concepcion Arocha. Maria married the love of her life, Timothy Morales, in 1968. They spent the next 55 years making memories together with their four children. Maria was a great cook and loved to listen to Tejano music. She adored her family, but especially loved her grand babies. She enjoyed being a grandma and a great-grandma!!

Maria is reunited in Heaven with her parents Alfredo and Concepcion Arocha. Maria was loved dearly and will be missed by her loving Husband of 55 years, Timothy Morales; daughter Mary D. Brogden (Nikki), sons Timmy Morales (Brenda) and David T. Morales, and daughter Jessica Morales; 6 grandchildren; 6 great- grandchildren; siblings Irma Placido, Olivia Uribe, and Viola Gamble; her favorite cousin Trinidad "Trini" Uribe(Gloria) ; and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will take place at Castillo Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 4pm-8pm with a Rosary to begin at 6:00pm. Services to conclude Tuesday evening.
