Maria Carmen Romo born January 7, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan to Salome and Maria Del Refugio Brizuela, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 24 , 2020 at the blessed age of 91. She is reunited in heaven with her husband Enrique Romo & parents. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Gerard Romo (Ana Elsa), Maria Laura Romo, Marta Romo, Carmen Romo; grandchildren Michelle, Elsa Mayra, Alejandra, Judith; great grandchildren Martina, Ana Sofia; siblings Teresa Brizuela, Socorro Ortiz, Aurelio Brizuela, Antonia Brizuela, Arturo Brizuela, Jesus Brizuela, Maria del Refugio de la Peña, as well as extended family members. Heaven has gained a treasured soul. She will live forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
