Mario G. Flores went to be with our Lord on March 16, 2022, at the age of 64.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Victoria Flores, and father, Guadalupe Flores.

He is survived by, his children, Monica A. Flores and Mario C. Flores (Lisa), and the Mother of his children, Rosa M. Flores, a brother and four sisters, Arturo Flores (Lisa), Noemi Morales (Rolando), Santina Saldana (Paul), Silvana De La O (Jeffrey), and Angie Flores. Nine grandchildren, Josiah Flores, Sierra Gutierrez, Giovanni Gutierrez, Tristian Gutierrez, Ezariah Gutierrez, Israel Laureles, Krista Barrera, Kiera Reyes, and River Castro, and one great-grandchild Kayson Martinez, and numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Mario was born on July 8, 1957, in San Antonio, Texas to the late Victoria and Guadalupe Flores. He accomplished many incredible things in life. Mario is remembered for his work ethics and willingness to do the tough jobs. He looked forward to the simple life of walking, camping, fishing, and motorcycle riding every chance he got. Mario loved dancing and listening to music especially rock music.

He inspired people around him to be better individuals. His capacity for generosity knew no bounds. He was also someone who would help anyone in need with support, encouragement, and guidance. He devoted his time to family. Those times will exist in our memories, and will be cherished  forever. We loved his caring ways, and he will be deeply missed.
