Mario G Lopez passed away peacefully in his home the night of Monday march 20, he was surrounded by family and loved ones, and a rosary was being prayed as he gave his last breath. Mario was born in Rosita Coahuila but grew up in Allende Coahuila Mexico. He was the son of Arturo Lopez and Alicia Gutierrez. He immigrated to the United States as a young man and was on a lifelong adventure. He married the love of his life and together raised two boys. Mario was an entrepreneur and a hard worker and always took care of his family. In his free time, he liked to be creative and made custom knives, walking sticks, and more. He liked to collect things and had a kind and adventurous spirit.

Mario is survived by his loving wife Maria G Lopez and was the proud father of Fernando Lopez and Daniel Lopez. He is also survived by his four sisters margarita Abonce, Marta Lopez, Celia Buentello, and Araceli Lopez. His kindness sent ripples through the community and will forever be missed by his family and loved ones.

A rosary will be healed at Castillo funeral home on Wednesday 29 at 6 pm for those that wish to attend.

Mario G López falleció plácidamente en su casa la noche del lunes 20 de marzo, se encontraba rodeado de familiares y seres queridos, y se rezaba un rosario mientras daba su último suspiro. Mario nació en Rosita Coahuila pero creció en Allende Coahuila México. Era hijo de Arturo López y Alicia Gutiérrez. Emigró a los Estados Unidos cuando era joven y estaba en una aventura de por vida. Se casó con el amor de su vida y juntos criaron a dos niños. Mario era un emprendedor y trabajador y siempre cuidó de su familia. En su tiempo libre, le gustaba ser creativo y fabricaba cuchillos personalizados, bastones y más. Le gustaba coleccionar cosas y tenía un espíritu amable y aventurero.

A Mario le sobrevive su amada esposa María G López y fue el orgulloso padre de Fernando López y Daniel López. También le sobreviven sus cuatro hermanas margarita Abonce, Marta López, Celia Buentello y Araceli López. Su amabilidad envió ondas a través de la comunidad y su familia y seres queridos lo extrañarán por siempre.

El miércoles 29 a las 6pm se ofrecera un rosario en la Funeraria Castillo para los que deseen asistir.
